Our story

Postscript Brands was born from a friendship formed a decade ago. After meeting serendipitously in downtown New York, we bonded over their shared passion for learning & exploration, and curiosity for different cultures - the stories, traditions, and objects that shape a place and its people.

Seeking to merge our professional lives with our personal passions, we established Postscript in early 2025.

With a deep respect for craftsmanship, legacy, and timeless design, we serve as a steward and storyteller of brands that stand apart and have something to say.

OUR TEAM
Lucy Chen
Lucy has spent over a decade as an investor and advisor in the consumer & retail categories. She started her career in investment banking at Lazard before transitioning to private equity at Bain Capital. Most recently, Lucy spent over 7 years at L Catterton, a global consumer-focused private equity firm, where she led investments in and/or served on the boards of brands including: Birkenstock, Everlane, Hanna Andersson, KIKO Milano, and Butternut Box.

Cecilia Su
Cecilia's investment experience spans private equity and public markets. She started her career at Blackstone as a Private Equity analyst. Subsequently at SRS, a public markets asset management firm, she supported investments in internet and software. Most recently, as Director of Research at Raga Partners, a New York-based multi-family office, Cecilia led investments and supported portfolio companies in consumer and technology sectors. She worked closely with growth stage management teams in supporting the finance and analytics function and in developing long range business strategies.
